Returns Due to the very personal nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns unless items are physically damaged at the factory level. We would never knowingly send a damaged item. Damaged items must be returned in the original packaging, must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Item will be replaced with exact or comparable item or purchase amount will be applied as credit toward a future purchase. Panties or items with panties/thongs cannot be returned for any reason.
